Ingredients
|
Wheat Aata - 1 cup
Barley (Jao) Ka Aata - 1 cup
Chana Ka Aata - 1 cup
Besan - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Makai Ka Aata - 1 cup
Butter - 50 gm
Salt - 1 tsp
Ajwain + Mangraila - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 (large size, finely chopped)
Dhaniya Patti (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp

Method of Preparation
|
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add water and knead into a soft dough.
3. Roll out round rotis, cook in a tandoor and serve Hot.
