Ingredients
|
Soya Bari (Nutrela, Nutrinuggets) - 200 gm
Onion - 200 gm (chopped)
Garlic - 1 (medium size, finely chopped)
Dhaniya Patti - 2 bunchs (finely chopped)
Ginger - 2" piece (finely chopped)
Daalchini - 2
Tejpatta - 2
Red Chilli - 2
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Saffola Green or Refined Oil - 100 ml
Haldi Powder - 2 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Tomato Puree - 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste

Method of Preparation
|
1. Boil soya bari or chunks in boiling hot water for
15 minutes.
2. Heat Saffola in pressure cooker. Add daalchini, tejpatta, ginger and garlic.
3. Remove soya chunks from water and squeeze out excess water.
4. Put boiled soya chunks in pressure cooker. Add jeera, haldi, red chilli and
salt.
5. Stir fry for 10 minutes. Add onion and fry initially 5 min on low fire and
then on high fire).
6. Add tomato puree and garam masala, and coo for 5 minutes.
7. Add squeezed out excess water and pressure cook for 10 minutes on low fire.
8. Cool, remove steam and open the lid. Evaporate any excess water.
9. Sprinkle dhaniya patti and serve Hot.
