Ingredients
|
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 200 gm
Capsicum - 1 (large size, chopped)
Carrot - 1 (large size, chopped)
Onion - 1 (large size, chopped)
Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Arrowroot Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto - 1 pinch
White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Saffola Green or Refined Oil - 50 gm
Salt to Taste

Method of Preparation
|
1. Cut paneer into small pieces (1"
cube").
2. Heat Saffola in a pan and lightly fry paneer pieces. Remove paneer and keep
aside.
3. Add carrot, capsicum, onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry.
4. When half done, add salt, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce. Mix
well.
5. Add arrowroot powder mixed in a cup of water and then add paneer pieces.
6. Cook till vegetables become tender.
7. Add Ajinomoto and white pepper. Serve Hot.
