Ingredients
|
Kheera - 250 gm
Fresh Curd (Dahi) - 250 gm
Roasted Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Roasted Dhaniya Powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Garam Masala Powder - 1 pinch
Roasted Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kaala Namak - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya Patti for garnishing

Method of Preparation
|
1. Wash and grate kheera. Squeeze grated kheera to
remove water.
2. Beat dahi and add salt and kaala namak. Mix grated kheera in dahi
3. Sprinkle and decorate with garam masala, chaat masala, jeera powder, dhaniya
powder,
laal mirch powder and dhaniya patti.
