Ingredients
|
Fish (banspatta)* - 250 gm
Dahi (curd) - 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Haldi - 1 tsp
Arrowroot Powder - 1 tbsp
Mustard Oil - 100 ml
Salt to Taste

Method of Preparation
|
1. Clean and wash whole fish.
2. Mix haldi, dahi, lemon juice and marinate for 1 hour.
3. Mix salt, garlic paste and arrowroot powder.
4. Fry in hot mustard oil till crispy. |

Notes & Tips
|
1. *Banspatta (also known as Patasi) is a one-bone small fish generally found in river Ganga.
2. Instead of Banspatta, any one-bone or other variety of small fish can be used. |
