Ingredients
|
Aata (wheat flour) - 2 cup
Besan (gram flour) - 2 cup
Refined Oil or
Saffola Green - 300 ml
Ajwain + Mangraila - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp

Method of Preparation
|
1. Mix thoroughly all ingredients with 2 tbsp of
oil.
2. Knead to a soft dough using water. Divide dough into small loyias.
3. Roll out thin round kachoris/puris and deep fry in oil.
4. Serve with ghughni.
