Ingredients
|
Patta Gobi (cabbage) - 500 gm (chopped)
Aaloo (potato) - 150 gm (peeled and cut in small size)
Onion - 100 gm (chopped)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Tejpatta (bay leaf) - 2
Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 (chopped)
Haldi Powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya Patta - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste |

Method of Preparation
|
1. Heat oil in a Kedahi. Add methi seeds and tejpatta.
2. When methi turns brown, add onion and fry till pink colour.
3. Add aaloo and stir. Then add patta gobi and stir for a while.
4. Add haldi, salt, garam masala and dhaniya patta. Mix well.
5. Cook with intermittent stirring till done.
6. Serve with hot puri or paratha. |
