Crispy Fried Peanuts

Ingredients
|
Peanuts (moongfali) - 250 gm
Arrowroot Powder - 1 tbsp
Maida (refined flour) - 1 tbsp
Haldi Powder - 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 200 gm
Salt - 1 tsp |

Method of Preparation
|
1. Add arrowroot, salt, maida, haldi and kashmiri mirch to peanuts.
2. Add a little water and mix well till all the nuts are well coated.
3. Heat oil in a Kedahi and fry peanuts till the colour turns pink.
4. Sprinkle chaat masala and garam masala.
5. Cool and serve with tea or cold drinks. |
