Ingredients
|
Suji (semolina) - 250 gm
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Mangraila - 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil - 300 gm |

Method of Preparation
|
1. Sieve suji. Add ajwain, mangraila, salt and 2 tbsp oil. Mix well.
2. Add a little water and knead into a soft dough.
3. Divide dough into small loyias/pedas and roll into puris.
4. Deep fry and serve hot with chutney or vegetables. |
