Barabar Ki Chutney

Oal (Yam) - 250 gm
Ginger - 250 gm
Green Chillies - 250 gm
Amchoor - 250 gm
Mustard oil - 250 gm
Salt - 250 gm

Method of Preparation

1. Clean thoroughly and peel the oal.
2. Wash green chillies and remove stems.
3. Clean and peel ginger.
4. Leave oal, green chillies and ginger for a while in sun or fan to dry a little.
5. Grind the three ingredients together in a Mixie.
6. Add the rest of the ingredients to the paste and mix well to make the chutney.
7. Put the chutney in a glass jar and leave in sun for 1-2 days.
8. Barabar Ki Chutney is ready to serve.

Notes & Tips

1. All the ingredients used to make this chutney must be taken in equal quantities by weight.
