Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Sodium Bicarbonate - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Onion - 1 (small, finely chopped)
Green Chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - few sprigs (finely chopped)

Method of Preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients together and make a soft dough.
2. Roll into 1/2 inch thick roti.
3. Cut out 2"-dia round biscuits with a cookie-cutter.
4. Place biscuits on cookie-sheet/baking tray.
5. Bake at 450 degree Fahrenheit pre-heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot with butter and tomato sauce or dhaniya chutney.
