Ingredients
|
Wheat Flour - 500 gm
Chana Daal - 250 gm
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste - 1 tsp
Green Dhaniya Paste - 1 tsp
Haldi Powder - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation
|
1. Knead the flour with water to soft dough for
making Rotis.
2. Soak Chana Daal for 4 hours in water. Grind to a coarse paste in a Mixie.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients to make Daal mixture.
4. Divide dough into small pedas and roll out thick rotis.
5. Put a little Daal mixture in the center of rotis and fold from both sides to
make Gojas.
Press firmly to seal the edges of rotis.
6. Boil water in a large pan and put Gojas in the boiling water for 10-15
minutes.
7. When done, take out Gojas and keep aside.
8. Serve with Chutney or Anchaar.
