Baked Dahi Chicken

Ingredients
|
Chicken - 1 (medium size)
Curd (dahi) - 12 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 2 tbsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste - 2 tbsp
Kesar (saffron) - 2 pinch
Salt to taste |

Method of Preparation
|
1. Cut chicken to medium pieces. Clean and wash.
2. Add dahi, masalas, salt and kesar.
3. Rub thoroughly into the chicken and leave covered for about 2 hours to
marinate.
4. Bake in oven at 230-250 degree centigrade.
5. When the top becomes red, turn the chicken pieces upside down.
6. Bake further till the other side is also done to red. |

Notes & Tips
|
1. This preparation does not require any cooking
oil.
2. Dahi is generally added @ 1 tbsp per chicken piece. |
