Besan Ke Laddoo

Ingredients
|
Besan (gram flour) - 100 gm
Dalda (vanspati ghee)/Desi Ghee - 100 gm
Sugar - 250 gm
Ilaichi Powder - 1 tsp |
|
Method of Preparation
|
1. Dissolve sugar in about 100-150 ml water.
2. Evaporate water and grind the sugar residue to powder.
3. Mix besan in molten dalda and fry in a kedahi at low fire.
4. Continue frying till light brown. Add a little yellow colour, if desired.
5. Remove from fire and cool. Mix thoroughly sugar powder and ilaichi powder.
6. Make laddoos as required. |
