Ingredients
|
Noodles - 4 packs
Cabbage - 100 gm
French Bean - 50 gm
Onion - 3
Carrot - 100 gm
Capsicum - 50 gm
Refined Oil - 200 ml
Egg - 4 (boiled)
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Sauce as Required
For Making Sauce: Mix the following ingredients and boil for a while
Vinegar - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 25 gm
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 5 tbsp
Water - 1 cup

Method of Preparation
|
1. Cut all vegetables and onion into big square
pieces.
2. Boil all vegetables with baking soda and salt.
3. Remove heat and allow the vegetables to stand in hot water.
4. Fry 2 packs of noodles in oil and boil the other 2 packs of noodles with
salt.
5. Fry chopped onion in oil. Add boiled vegetables, boiled noodles and
Ajinomoto.
6. Transfer to a serving bowl and mix with boiled eggs cut into 4 pieces each.
7. Spread fried noodles over it and mix prepared sauce as required.

Notes & Tips

1. Fried chicken pieces may also be added if
desired.
