Fried Rice

Fried Rice


Rice (Kohinoor/Basmati) - 500 gm
Onion - 500 gm (finely chopped)
Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp
Ghee - 100 gm
Eggs - 3 (boiled and sliced)
Orange Colour
Salt to Taste

Method of Preparation

1. Deep fry onion in ghee and keep aside.
2. Put rice and garam masala in ghee in kedahi and fry for 10 minutes.
3. Transfer the rice to pressure cooker. Add salt and water and pressure cook for one steam.
4. Place the cooked fried rice in a service bowl. Sprinkle orange colour.
5. Garnish with fried onion and boiled egg slices.
