Ingredients
|
Dahi (curd) - 1 cup
Condensed Milk - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cup
Ilaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pista - 8 to 10
|

Method of Preparation
|
1. Mix condensed milk with dahi in a bowl preferably with a beater.
2. Slowly pour in milk and beat to a smooth mixture.
3. Add and mix pista and ilaichi powder.
4. Transfer the mixture to a steamer container.
5. Cover and seal the container top with aluminium foil.
6. Put the container in a steamer and steam for 25-30 minutes.
7. Cool in a refrigerator and serve cold.
