1. Melt butter in a pan and add maida to it.
2. Stir maida for 2 mins on medium heat (do not brown).
3. Add milk slowly and keep stirring till it solidifies.
4. Add boiled noodles, grated cheese, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
5. Mix the mixture properly and make round balls from it.
6. Dust the balls with maida and leave for 5 mins.
7. Deep fry the ball adding 2 to 3 at a time.
8. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
