Chhaachh (butter milk)

Curd (दही) – 1 cup
Water – 2 - 2 and 1/2 cups
Ginger powder – ½ tsp
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 tsp (chopped)
Salt/black salt as per taste

Method of Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients with hand blender in a large vessel. Pour in a glass and serve.

Notes & Tips

1. If desired, ginger powder and coriander leaves may be substituted with roasted cumin (jeera) powder.
